The MCS committee would like to thank all those who helped make the St Patrick’s Indian Curry Night on 26th March 2016 such a success.
Special thanks to the Governor, HE Elizabeth Carriere, for not only her kind words of support and encouragement but also for the use of Government House.The MCS also thanks the Governor’s Office New Year’s festival troupe for donating a cheque for $500. We would like to thank the Bank of Montserrat for their kind donation and to the Montserrat Hash Team for their $300 cheque. Also grateful thanks to those who generously gave donations even though they were unable to attend the event.
Thanks to all those who particpated in the Chinese Raffle and silent auction by purchasing the tickets or making bids. It was a fun ending to proceedings and everyone was very happy with the prizes they won. Special thanks to all the donors of the prizes.

All proceeds from this event go towards the two summer projects the MCS are holding again this year during the school summer holidays. A day care centre for 4-7 yr olds and a youth work experience project
It is hoped that this event has raised awareness of the Montserrat Children’s Society within the community and that we can all do a little to highlight its work. The MCS team look forward to seeing you at future events later in the year.
